The Child Development Center at Congregation Beth Israel has been a cornerstone of early childhood education in Austin for over 15 years. Nestled in the heart of North Austin, our center provides a safe, nurturing environment where every child is seen, valued, and challenged to grow.
We believe that the earliest years shape everything that follows. Our curriculum is built on developmental science, cultural responsiveness, and a deep respect for the unique pace and personality of each child. Families choose us because they want more than childcare — they want a partner in their child's earliest development.
Every day at our center is guided by principles that put the child at the center of the experience.
Children learn most deeply through guided play — exploring, experimenting, and discovering at their own pace.
We cultivate a warm, inclusive community where every child and family feels they belong.
Our curriculum is grounded in research on early brain development and age-appropriate milestones.
We maintain open, ongoing communication with families so every child receives consistent, coordinated care.
Our North Austin campus is designed with children in mind — bright, safe, and full of opportunities for exploration. From our sunlit classrooms to our secure outdoor play areas, every detail supports developmental growth.
